Behind every initiative, there is a clear vision and a driving passion.
Ammar Ayoub, a Syrian-Belgian entrepreneur and founder of Smart Done, holds a Law degree from Damascus University (2009). He brings over 14 years of experience in Europe, specializing in human resources consulting, project management, and continuous improvement, with deep insight into both European and Middle Eastern markets.

I believe that business unites people across cultures, and that connecting individuals and organizations opens the door to true win-win opportunities.
Mission
Through this initiative, I aim to empower companies to develop their sales initiatives, and enter new markets through smart solutions based on experience, deep cultural understanding, and a commitment to transparency.
